Channels

I flip through the channels

trying to pass the time

only to find that time passes

me. First I am sad, then I’m

angry. Sometimes the channels

seem to be stuck. I often

tell myself enough is enough!

I’m stuck in this cycle,

seeking a way out.

Those who love me seem to

have doubts. I always

fall down and get up

again. Someday this cycle

will come to an end.
